Terms and Conditions
Sullivan Security Systems, Inc. (The Company) is an information gathering and disseminating organization. The Company gathers from our clients, information of tactical importance to First Responders (Fire, EMS, Police, Rescue, Haz-Mat personnel) should an emergency occur at the clients location.
Such information is stored on the Company's secure computer server. In the event of an emergency, this information is sent electronically to the appropriate First Responders who are assigned to deal with emergencies at the client's location.
The Company is not a protection Company. The Company does not function to prevent an emergency from occurring.
The Company is not an insurance Company. The Company does not replace anything lost as a result of the emergency.
The Company does not govern nor determine how the clients' information is used or applied by the First Responders who receive it.
Client agrees that he or she is of legal age and has the legal authority to divulge information regarding health matters for persons entered into the system. The client understands that this information will only be available to the first responders in the event of an emergency. The client agrees to review and change this information when necessary.
The client agrees to indemnify and hold blameless for any action or involvement; the Public Safety Answering Point, 911 dispatch center, its employees and any entity associated with same. The client understands and agrees that the routing of 911 dispatches is at the discretion of the dispatch center. Every reasonable effort will be made to insure delivery of the client’s information to the appropriate responders but the system requires an intact communication grid to operate.
The client agrees to indemnify and hold blameless for any action or involvement any first responder who uses the client’s information in mitigating an emergency.
The Company utilizes the most advanced forms of Internet and computer security to safeguard the information the client enters into the system. This includes Secure Socket Layer protection and streaming encryption. The Company guarantees it will not sell or otherwise divulge the client's information to any other party. In the event of a legal order from an appropriate governing body, the Company will comply with the legal order.
