ResponderLink is a 911 dispatch enhancement that aims to help save lives and lessen property damage. ResponderLink provides an element of safety and the reduction of risk in the event of an emergency at your home or business.
No one wants to think about a fire or a medical emergency. Unfortunately they happen and when they do, seconds count, but you can help the first responders coming to help you.
ResponderLink gathers vital information about you, your loved ones, and your property and stores it on our secure server. If an emergency occurs, the information is electronically retrieved and sent to the first responders who will answer the emergency call.
Put yourself in the place of the first responder coming to help you. Currently, the only information he has is your address and whether it’s a fire or medical emergency. If you are a client of ResponderLink the first responders will have the vital information they would normally have to gather at the scene taking precious time while the emergency is happening.
What kinds of vital information? Names, ages, medical conditions, medication, property hazards, and utility locations. You will even be asked to take pictures of your residence and draw a floor diagram to help first responders. All this information is stored on our server.
